He not only gave great advice during the entire process, he also listened to our thoughts and our opionions - ultimately negotiating the best deal that we felt comfortable with. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us at the settlement table when issues where still being negotiated. He was by our side, fighting for us, until the very end. We had the pleasure of also working with Eric from the Pakulla team for the sale of our home. Joe was referred to us by our previous neighbors who had sold the previous year. He had managed to get their house under contract in 4 days. We met with him in January with an expected list timeframe of end of February. Joe listened to everything we had to say, ideas and what we were looking for in our next house. He then gave us adjustments he thought would help us achieve our end goal. One of those was moving us the timeline to end of January and boy was he right. We went on the market on a Friday at the end of January and he bested his previous years record having us under contract in 3 days at above list price. The next 3 homes in our neighborhood(that all went on the market within 3 weeks of ours) averaged 30+ days on market. Then Joe spent tons of time with us looking for our next home. He was always prepared with information on the properties we looked at. In the end we found our new home and Joe(and his excellent team) guided us through the whole process. Communication was on point, and we never felt unsatisfied with an answer he provided us. I cant thank him enough. He will be our first choice the next time we need a realtor and we recommend him whenever we get the chance!!
