Rebecca is with one of the best real estate companies in Tallahassee - The Naumann Group. As soon as my husband and I contacted her, she was ready and willing to set up as many showings as possible to help us find our first home. She was always honest and on our side, giving helpful feedback to think about during the purchase of our first home. As a very Type A person, and as a first-time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Rebecca's response time to e-mails and texts was almost instantaneous. For the first bit of our search, Rebecca was sick and still managed to find time for us and find a fill-in if she couldn't make it. We never fell through the cracks and she was always very cognizant and respectful of our work schedules. She explained things about the process, the homes, the area, and always got us an answer to our questions. She was a great representative for us with the sellers, the inspectors, and so on. In addition to her diligence, timeliness, and thoroughness, Rebecca was a pleasure personally. She was always upbeat, funny, kind, and patient. Spending time with her during the inspection and search was that much easier because of her kind and fun personality. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca to anyone buying a home, or selling, too! Her responsiveness, positive attitude, attention to detail, and knowledge of the area and process can't be beat! Rebecca handled two transactions for us of some size. First, as a buyers agent she was fantastic. My wife and I are both trial lawyers and trusting anyone to handle a transaction for us was difficult. I learned very quickly that Rebecca know a heck of a lot more then I did, and I could trust her to provide me with great advice (and keep me from doing anything stupid). She was honest with us at every house we saw. She told us when we should not consider buying a house because of issues I did not see until she pointed them out. She communicated with us almost daily and her response time could be measured in seconds. She was a walking encyclopedia of information on the cost to replace or fix things which made it very helpful to instantly size up the "value" of a house and compare it to the list price. She got us into a house premarket and because of her expertise I was able to make an offer on the spot. We got the house, and likely saved $100,000 (the house appraised for far more than what we paid for it... in this crazy sellers market!). When a very complicated issue arose on the other side of the transaction She instantly jumped in and rode the bank, contacting them multiple times a day until the issue was resolved.... and it wasn't even an issue on our side of the transaction! She did what needed to be done to get the deal closed. Of course, after that, we used her to sell our house. I did not even have to think during this process. She had an offer for more than what I wanted within a few days. We did not have to list it. She took care of arranging all of the repairs that needed to get done so I could focus on other things.I did not know Rebecca before these transactions, but I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone.
