We have worked with Chris twice over the last 4 years -- both times selling our current home and finding a new one. He is not only knowledgeable but makes the whole process enjoyable. He is available to answer questions & goes above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. Even 2 weeks after the close of our current home, Chris is sending me contacts and making calls on my behalf. Buying and selling a home can be trying at times but Chris never made us feel like we were asking for too much. We joke that we will keep selling and buying every few years just so Chris will be our friend but truthfully, we feel like we have made a lifelong friend. He is honest - even if it isn't exactly what we want to hear and we completely trust that he has our best interests in mind. We will definitely be calling Chris again -- I just hope it's for advice on a handy man and not to move anytime soon :) But when that time comes, Chris will be the only call we make.

Out of the several realtors we met thru scheduling on Zillow, Anjanette was the only one that truly followed up with us. She listened to what we were interested in and contacted as as soon as she found something new on the market we might be interested in - this was all before we had even committed to her as our realtor!! Once we officially chose her as our agent, She always responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and if she didnt know the answer to our questions, she researched the answer and worked closely with her team leader to get the answer. I personally think she went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. The icing on the cake is that Anjanette has a great personality, shes fun and down to earth. By the end of the buying process, we felt as though we had a new friend, not just an agent.
