I talked to him on the phone about a house that the other agent didnt care about selling. But got honest truth from him that I needed. Added himto my phone to call. Also had another agent that showed me a coming house I already knew about before she did. That made me mad. Not Zillow! Then sold under my nose. I didnt tell Brad the house address, was too late!! . I did tell him about her too. That is a person not trying. If I buy a house, will be a buy and sell involved even though if I found the perfect house, I will buy first! Then sell mine. He spent a lot of time with me just on the phone. I really appreciated that and he gained my trust. We have never met and my wants may need a contractor also he knew too, I hope not!! . I am not the normal buyer. Want what I want and he didnt care except knew the one I was interested in and the price. Actually his office is down the road from me. But I liked him, very important to trust somebody like Brad. Havent worked so hard to look for a house, but makes me mad if one I am interested in is already sold!! I havent seen it and hope working with Brad and Zillow will be a much a much better experience. Would not write this review if I didnt feel comfortable with him. We will see but just judging the book by its cover just talking, I appreciated him. And the house that I was so concerned about, he was so honest and knew the facts. Why is that?? Nobody else could help me with. To me because he cares to know! So yes, I will call him. I shall see but so far so good! He never tried to end the conversation just talking about me and my wants. And it was late in the day when Zillow gave him to me. He is a go getter I feel. I am kind of an odd person wants less then what they have as I do but differently. I dont have to move but want to. So, who Will I call, Brad. I certainly will give him the first chance. I didnt read Zillow guideline but how can a review be different if you post it be anything but good or bad. I read reviews as they are so important!! And if needed shared for others even bad, they need to know. I would. Mine was good. He deserved it. Couldnt rate him on negotiation skills yet, will see. Like I said I have always for some reason been able to judge a person right off, in person, but he just seemed to care on the phone. Convinced me just talking. But need more houses to look at from Zillow and not already sold first please. Has to be the perfect one. Will be my last move. Why so important!! To me!! I need an agent that knows what I want before time and not me driving around and finding something before they know. They can see way more than I can. I dont like doing. He seems hopefully can tell me. He does his homework I believe, which is why I am putting my faith in him. . Think he was at home too but had the information there. Requires more then just buying and selling. The agent has to know and read and look to give me house referrals and take me there I guess. My buy and sales have always been so simple, not often but not this one. But one sale leads to the other one. You find mine first I want and then sell mine later. But nobody wants or can afford to keep 2 houses. I cant. As I think Brad can do. I pray anyway. This will be different this time around. Unfortunately different circumstances, different reasons. Honestly I have talked to 4 realtors this time not counting Brad, not Zillow, nothing they gave me but looking at exterior, nothing about the features and areas I wanted. Just houses. You have to read words about the house first!! The areas too. I didnt understand that why others didnt. I know myself just reading and seeing pictures. I pass on. Also not paying attention to what I was looking for as in this case I met Brad, Zillow called to ask me about the house and needed help, as they knew I wanted an agent like him they have to know the person and connected me to him about the house I was interested in. I know I am putting a lot on him but he sounds so nice and helpful, maybe I will find that house. Thanks to Zillow.They want to help you and make sure you are happy as companies should.
