During 2024, I sold my property and bought a new one. On the sale of my property I used a different agent. The level of service was marginal at best. I literally had several MLS updating mistakes made by my agent and his broker office. When there were issues, I was left to figure them out and there was silence from my agent. I should have earned a commission on my sell as I did most of the work as it relates to required documentation and addressing closing issues.
