When I started looking for a house I had an idea of what I was looking for but needed to see lots of houses to get a sense of what type of home I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Lawrence took his time to show me several houses over a nine month period until we found the right one for the right price. He was able to successfully negotiate favorable terms as well. The seller wanted me to pay $100 per day if I didnt close in 30 Days unless I used the listing agents lender. I didnt want to feel like I was being held hostage and accountable to pay an extra $100 per day if my lender was not able to close in 30 days. The house had been listed a while so Lawrence was able to leverage the days on the market to get 45 days to close rather than 30 which gave us breathing room because I wanted to use my own lender and not the sellers. In addition, even though we signed an addendum that the house was to be sold as is Lawrence was able to get me a $500 credit to repair the roof and clear gutters. Lawrence is a great Realtor to work with and Im happy to recommend him.

He worked very hard to generate multiple offers in a short period of time. His many contacts assisted us in making sure our house passed inspection with flying colors. He seamlessly negotiated the sale of our own home and purchase of another simultaneously in a different county. When difficulties came up with a difficult buyer with escalating demands and threats to not show up at closing, he was a strong advocate for us and helped close the deal quickly without any price reduction. Lawrence was very accessible and knowledgeable about the multiple locales we were searching. He made sure all of our many, many questions and concerns were addressed. He helped us negotiate a deal on our new home that was very advantageous to us. Lawrence worked skillfully to seek an extension so we could close out on our homes sale after we moved in to our new home.
