He worked very hard to generate multiple offers in a short period of time. His many contacts assisted us in making sure our house passed inspection with flying colors. He seamlessly negotiated the sale of our own home and purchase of another simultaneously in a different county. When difficulties came up with a difficult buyer with escalating demands and threats to not show up at closing, he was a strong advocate for us and helped close the deal quickly without any price reduction. Lawrence was very accessible and knowledgeable about the multiple locales we were searching. He made sure all of our many, many questions and concerns were addressed. He helped us negotiate a deal on our new home that was very advantageous to us. Lawrence worked skillfully to seek an extension so we could close out on our homes sale after we moved in to our new home.
