We highly recommend Jill Mundy. As Canadians, we were a bit anxious about the overall process required to purchase a place in Arizona however she graciously answered every question that we asked, no matter how inane our question may be. She responded quickly to every email, phone call and request that we made and helped us find a place to stay, a discount, in Green Valley, our 'new' second home. Together with Jill, we compiled a list of more than 25 places to visit and because we had done our work before getting there, it made both Jill's and our lives better. Ultimately after three hours of phyiscally looking (after reviewing Zillow and other sites for over a year), we settled on two homes. Jill helped us put together the offers and helped us understand that we could offer on two places at the same time. After helping us get the place we really wanted, she then provided us with a list of who to contact for setting up power, water, taxes and dues. If that wasn't enough, while we were back in Victoria, British Columbia, she opeend up our new place to contractors to allow them in and even met people who were delivering furniture to us. Jill also has a great sense of humour and because of her connections, helped us navigate the purchase.
