It was a total pleasure having the opportunity to work with Mrs. Alejandra Charest of Gaurantee Real Estate. Not only was Alejandra a total professional, but she was very supportive for our needs in the sale of our home as we live in Orange, County, CA. I am going to share an experience with you that me and my family had with your company back in 2002-2003 when we committed our home to your company for potential sale. We contracted a sales person who at the time was a real estate sales person for your company. This individual started off the process very much in our corner; however, when this individual contracted with a potential buyer whom she shared with us.."was a very supportive and valued client of your company due to past home purchases", this individual then became very aggressive, non-compliant to our needs, and a person who I no longer would ever want to have representing me or colleagues in the future purchase and or sale of a home. To make a long story short, we were forced to hire a real estate attorney here in Orange County to represent us in our long and tireless attempts to get your company and this individual to stop with their continued attempts and as I felt at that time "harassed" to get us to commit to allowing the sale of our home to continue. We wanted no part of Guarantee Real Estate from Fresno, California as a Real Estate Company after that experience.I can say without reservation that my attitude has now changed and it's because of Mrs. Alejandra Charest, from Fresno's Guaranteed Real Estate. In my opinion, you have a valuable component to your organization that will continue to bring your company success for many years to come. Additionally, she is a person that is passionate not only for the needs of your company, but for the needs of the people that she represents. Alex is stellar in her job as our agent. We are first time home buyers and didn't know what steps to take, but our expectations were to be treated with courtesy, honesty, and respect. Alex did all of that and more. As soon as we contacted her she went to work and started sending my husband and I listings. She is always available to meet us when it's convenient for us. My husband and I work different shifts and she was willing to meet us after hours to accommodate both our work schedules. We love her fun and optimistic personality. This is the one you want! Miranda is an amazing agent who I can't say enough good things about. She's kind, knows the areas she represents like the back of her hand, and is full of little insights that really helped us out since we were moving to the area from out of town. She's not just trying to sell you a house but ensure you will be happy with the neighborhood and your home choice long after the excitement of purchasing a home has worn off. She also helped us understand the nuances of living a more rural lifestyle and helped us navigate a crazy market with the added headache of a VA loan. Comunication is so important to us and she would quickly and accurately get back to us on all of our purchase questions. This was our first time buying a home and I don't think we'd have gotten through it without her ability to see an issue and tackle it before it snowballed into a problem. On more than one occasion we had one thing or another go wrong (outside of her or our control) and she was right there to help. I would recommend Miranda to friends, family, and coworkers and know they would be in good hands.
