Amanda Van Slyke is an outstanding real estate agent who deeply cares about her clients and consistently places their needs above her own. She approaches her job with passion, tireless energy, innovativeness, and integrity. She has an uncanny ability to immediately size up a home, ascertain its assets, flaws, and value, and determine whether it is the right aEURoefit.aEUR? She is the consummate professional who obviously loves her work and develops an intimate rapport with her clients, always looking out for their interests, and always dealing fairly.We visited Naples, Florida last winter and decided to purchase a condominium unit. We first met Amanda at a social function and, learning that she was a real estate agent, asked for her help finding a home in Naples. She immediately began searching for properties that met our needs and eventually found a home that had all the parameters we required, in an area we liked, and at a price we could afford. She then negotiated long-distance with the seller (in California) over a two-week period and was able to reach a price-point that met his needs and ours to ensure that the reality of the sale was satisfactory to all.I have been in the mortgage business and have interacted with real estate agents of many stripes. Amanda Van Slyke is, in my book, the best agent I have ever had the privilege of working with.
