Christina Roberto exceed our expectations when our family had to sell my aunt and uncles home after they both passed away in 2018. It was so important to have someone to handle the sale of the home who we could trust and who would communicate on a regular basis and be available for any questions since there were no family members living in the Georgetown area. She assisted us in evaluating the home and determining what needed to be done to get it ready for showing. She assisted us in getting the appropriate individuals to do the work and to get it done in a timely manner. She kept me updated on a regular basis. Jack was referred to us in selling our house for a work relocation. He was very quick to follow-up and meet with us on our listing. He came to the intial meeting prepared and with a thought out plan for listing and selling strategy. We were looking for a quick listing and he was prepared to bring in a stager and photographer and have us listed within days with planned open houses for the weekend. While selling our house became more of a challenge than originally anticipated due to changing market conditions, Jack stayed on top of the activity and comments and made timely recommendations on changes to our selling strategy. He and his team held regular open houses to get as much activity through the house as possible. Jack was also very knowledgable in the area of corporate relocations and was able to provide a lot of value to us and the potential buyers on the rules/procedures associated with one.
