Tyler Renick is the most knowledgeable, approachable, personable, understanding, caring, patient and very Professional Agent I have ever seen in my many years of purchasing homes. Tyler was never too busy to answer my questions at all times and explained clearly and thoroughly every details throughout the entire process from searching to the closing of the house. I believe that faith has brought me to Tyler while searching online for a home in Ormond Beach, Florida. I was living out of Town and the first time I spoke with him I knew then that he was the right person to find me a home and so I began my search from the listings that he sends to me daily. I relied on Tyler totally to search for my home and to have my daughter and her husband view the homes together with Tyler. Tyler took the time to listen to me, understand what are my likes and dislikes and to work within my budget. I was never pressured by Tyler to take a house that I wasnt comfortable with. He was very patient during the entire process, He sends me pictures of the homes viewed by my daughter and her husband while I was out of town. He never get upset when I change my mind about offers and he continuously updated me with new information. With Tyler I was able to buy a beautiful home for the right price range and into a good neighborhood and I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in my decision making for my new home. I definitely could not have done this without Tyler helping with negotiating, closing, and even after closing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for some peace of mind and less stress when buying a home. Tyler exceeds all my expectations and will continue to meet the expectations of future home buyers and sellers.
