Having worked with Lyn for a full year before purchasing a home, I have amassed a great deal of experience about what it's like to work with her. Lyn is a professional, effective and efficient realtor. At times I joked that I was convinced she worked only for me, which of course was not the case. With every interaction, she demonstrated high attention to detail and her commitment to helping me find the right home for me. While every buyer is unique, there are attributes we all share, including busy lives, priorities competing for our attention, and natural feelings of stress and occasional uncertainty about the buying process. I made a cross country move to Florida and whether taking video of newly listed properties for my consideration, negotiating price and terms on my behalf, or answering my (many!) questions as they arose, Lyn's performance was exemplar. She was an advocate for me throughout the process, even as I negotiated with myself about important decisions. If she lost patience with me, it never showed. She was consistently diligent throughout our year of shopping together. Lyn's performance sets the bar very high for other realtors in the area competing for sellers' and buyers' business.

Five stars all around ... Lyn is simply the best buyers' agent we've had, hands down, in the four homes we've purchased over the last 22 years. There are no adequate words to describe how thankful I am for Lyn! As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect during the home buying process and we had very specific needs for our new home. We worked with Lyn for nearly 5 months and looked at probably 20+ homes before closing on our perfect home today! Throughout the process Lyn was instrumental in providing her knowledge, connections, insight and encouragement to us. We even backed out of a contract at one point and Lyn never once made us feel like we were a pain! She cares about her clients and never pushed us to buy a house we didn't love or pay more than we were comfortable with.
