Chris helped us realize our dream of buying a brand new single-family house. We met Chris through our realtor last October, and our biggest impression of him was his exceptional efficiency, organization, and follow-through on his promises. The day before closing, Chris took us on a walk-through of the house, maintaining his usual high level of efficiency, and offered valuable advice on potential issues we might encounter after moving in. Even after closing, Chris didn't disappear like some salespeople do; he continued to answer our many questions and offer advice promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the builder Chris works with is very trustworthy. A friend of mine who understands construction was full of praise for the builder's work after seeing the house, saying that in an era where profit often comes at the expense of quality and cost-cutting, it's rare to find a builder who is dedicated to doing things right and using reliable building materials. In short, all of this is my honest opinion, and I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to any friends who are buying a new house.
