As mentioned in all the other reviews- Esther is AMAZING. She helped my family and I find a home without us knowing what we wanted. Once we did find the perfect home, the house was shown for one weekend and there were multiple bids- we go into a bidding war! But money was not what got us the house, it was Esther. Her perseverance and knowledge of the aEURoeins and outsaEUR? was what convinced the seller to accept our offer over others. Once we were in, she walked us the entire way, almost holding our hand through the process as this was our first home purchase. Furthermore, she did an INCREDIBLE job negotiating when the appraisal and home inspection came in. She spent hours on the phone with the seller negotiating my terms and always keep me in the loop- until she called us and said aEURoeyou will get your keys next week!aEUR?
