I am a single mom who know nothing about real estate here in the County of Ventura and let alone purchasing a home. I could never thank Bill and Claudia enough in guiding me althroughout. Finding a realtor with knowledge is necessary but with 20 years+ of experience, talking about that learning curve in this field, they got it. A very important factor for me is that they are always available, it does benefit you to choose an agent that is working full-time in the field. In this, you get both availability and reliability in one. I love this about them. They represented my best interests and have always taken my decisions and wishes seriously. Bill and Claudia, have made impossible possible. They made the whole process seamless and always proactive in every milestone. Having them in my journey of purchasing my home was like having your family, someone who you can trust and that you are freely and comfortable can say your opinions and thoughts.
