We feel very fortunate to have had Amy as our realtor for the purchase of our home. She is very professional, responsive, and helpful. We moved to San Tan Valley, AZ from out of state, and most of our process was done via email and phone calls. Amy was available whenever we needed her, and always responded quickly to all communications and concerns. The only reason I gave four stars for local knowledge, was because San Tan Valley was out of her usual area, so she wasn't too familiar with it. The reason I gave four stars for process expertise, was because we had an unusual type of loan that she had never dealt with before, so she wasn't sure about all of the details with the loan.Overall, we would recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy a home.Thank you Amy, for helping us make this house our home.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Amy. She understood that we we working on a very specific schedule and cleared her days to help us accomplish our goals. At every step of the way, she has gone above and beyond -- even bringing a garden rake with her to the final walk-through in case there was any last-minute work that might have to be done for the home to pass a termite inspection. She showed us multiple homes on our first day and never hesitated when we wanted to return to three of them that same afternoon for a second look. By dinner time on Day Two, we had made an offer and it had been accepted.Buying a home is never going to be a painless experience, but Amy's attitude and experience made our home purchase smoother than we ever expected it to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her with my whole heart, and if we're ever again in the market for another home in the same area, she will be our agent, no question.
