Chris is by far the best agent I've ever worked with. I purchased and sold the same house within 15 months. Not only was Chris excellent in all facets of both transactions, but he was completely present and responsive the entire year in between. He connected me with local vendors to assist me in making substantial improvements to the property, from furniture stores to tree removal, HVAC, cleaning people, and local firewood delivery. He even connected me with a local handyman to clean up the deck on my property. Chris always succeeded in promptly delivering even the most minor requests. I can't say enough good things about him. No one likes paying real estate commissions, but I know firsthand that Chris earned every penny from both transactions. Chris helped my husband and I find the perfect mountain cabin. He was recommended to us by another realtor who has a vacation rental in the area, and she told us, "He's the best in the area." It seems that she was right! After searching and waiting for several months, Chris was quick to act on a cabin that fit all of our criteria (even reaching out to us about it as it came on the market--before it had been posted to Zillow). He visited the cabin on our behalf, told us that we needed to make an offer sight unseen, and we were under contract the next day! It turns out Chris was exactly right about the cabin.
