After my mother broke her femur in February of 2021 we knew that we were going to have to find a new home that would accommodate her and the rest of us. We reached out to a few realtors but Lynne was the only one that I felt had our best interests at heart. She came to our home and met with us right away and already had some ideas for the best way to sell our house. I really loved how she uses treats and scented candles to make people feel like they are looking at a home and not just a house. The logistics of moving two households was a huge undertaking and Lynne was so helpful by suggesting that we wait to put the house on the market until we had actually moved out. That was a huge relief for us. That way we could focus on our out-of-state move and getting my mother's things squared away, too. Once we were settled a bit in our new home Lynne was terrific as a long-distance realtor! She and I connected on Facebook to make communication so much easier. She was great at sending us pictures of our house after it was polished to perfection. She had us look at the listing to see if we wanted to add anything. It was so nice to be able to focus on getting things done at our new home that we didn't have to worry at all about the sale of the old one. Lynne treated the sale of our home with the same attention I would have if I were selling it myself.
