We were referred to Debbie after putting our home on the market several times with different agents and no offers. We had taken a risk and moved out of our house in hopes of it selling quickly with our previous agent. Debbie understood our situation and worked very hard to help us in the near term by recommending a short sale. Through this process she kept us in the loop and was always available when we had questions which made us feel confident in a pretty stressful situation. Ultimately, the short sale was not approved so we listed with Debbie again and we had an offer right away. I attribute this to Debbie being very proactive and actually "selling" our house to potential buyers and agents. All told, she worked with us for a good few months and always made us feel that selling our house - and our best interests - were a top priority. We've worked with numerous agents over the last six years and Debbie is the only one I would recommend.
