When I began my search for a home I knew what would make me happy, but I didn't see anything that met those needs. Hilary herman turned out to be just what I needed. She was tireless in her approach to find me a home that met my needs. I served 31 years in the military, and I can be very demanding. Hilary took that to challenge to find me my home. I can say that the home I found was perfect. I am so happy with my home. Hilary is very clear that she works for the buyer. She helped me find a wonderful home inspector, and worked hand in hand with me and USAA. My loan officer with USAA was equally impressed with her professionalism and approach to serve me the buyer. Always know that she listens to everything you say and she finds a way, even when facing improbable odds, to assist you with your home, your choices, and present you with sound information to make your choice. I have purchased 6 homes in the past, but with the assistance of Ms. herman I know I have found the home I will remain in for the future. Know that regardless of the question, Ms. Herman will be honest with you. if she does not know the answer she will tell you, but more importantly she will be aggressive in finding you a response. Thank you Hilary for making me a very happy person!

Hilary was a great choice for a realtor all around! We were connected through a mortgage company, that we didn't end up keeping but we did choose to complete the home purchase with Hilary as our realtor. Throughout the entire process Hilary was extremely quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful with everything! She was knowledgeable about the process and we never doubted anything she told us or did. We lived out of state and had difficult schedules which she accommodated with and met us when we were able to come down. She picked us up, drove us to ALL of the houses we looked at, and even bought us some yummy snacks at local shops. Throughout the entire process she answered all of our questions (there were a million) and explained things to us in a way that we were able to understand. We had a few hiccups with the sellers and title company, which she handled promptly and stood up for us. When my husband got down here before i did, and was waiting for the house to close, she even took care of our cat since we had no where to take her. That was definitely not in her job description; but she did it anyway and was a huge help. I can't say enough about Hilary, she was awesome all around!!
