Don represented us both as a buyers and sellers and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don was very competent, patient, and a pleasure to work with. This home was the fourth home that we have purchased and subsequently sold (first in Portland); the transactions of which were handled by other real-estate brokers/agents. Don surpassed all of these prior agents in every possible way by far. I can't emphasize enough how working with Don was nothing but positive. The marketing of our home was top-notch. Everything from the sign in the front yard, the brochures, MLS listing, and video walk-thru were exceptional. Coupled with Don's knowledge of the local real-estate market, his efforts led to us receiving an offer after two days of our home hitting the market.
