I count myself as very fortunate to have worked with Tom Metcalf as my realtor for my home in West Asheville.Tom is very familiar with the area, it's quirks, it's charm and it's uniqueness. Tom and I spent hours discussing just the right staging including the outside yard, gardens and basement.His eye helped to create a warm, inviting atmosphere which drove people in the home.We worked together setting the price after reviewing the neighborhood sales and the continuing emergence of West Asheville for buyers.The home went on the market and within 3 days I had an over asking offer and a back up offer on the home.
