Brian is reliable and passionate about his work! Meeting for the first time to sell my previous home, he arrived with an understanding of real estate activity in my neighborhood. After walking through the house, we sat down and reviewed pricing and a plan for the sale. My former home went under contract on the day it was listed for the full listing price and the sale was complete less than a month later.In the search for a new property, Brian was quick to update search criteria whenever I changed my mind on a feature of the home I wanted. He was available to walk through homes quickly as they appeared on the market, which is huge in a market as hot as this one, and any offers made were prepared within a few hours- this includes pricing research that he did to ensure that offers were fair and competitive.
