Russ is a welcoming pleasure to do deal with having worked with a number of Brokers over the years. From beginning to end, he was genuine and asked great questions about my family's needs for our new home. He was honest, transparent, and super responsive throughout the process. Our family situation is unique in that my mother-in-law lives with us and we needed a separate detached space for her. Very important "must have" and no easy task! Russ under promised and over delivered. We are currently in Miami and were relocating to the Las Vegas area which added another layer of complexity, and Russ simplified the process for us greatly. We focused in Henderson neighborhoods of Green Valley Ranch and the MacDonald Highlands, Russ' knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods was outstanding. He toured us around the shopping areas and restaurants before he showed us some homes that met our needs. Since we had a small weekend window to visit, we had to knock it out over the course of two days. Russ got the job done and had calming effect on us - anyone who's bought a property knows how stressful the process can be. We zeroed in on a property, Russ fought for us and was a firm and steady negotiator which we appreciated. In the end, we had an unforeseen family circumstance which required we stay in Miami for now. But when the time is right, we will be calling Russell Haver again because I know he has an unmatched level of integrity and will get the job done.
