I was condo searching for months! I tried going through varies experienced professional realtors, but they all essentially gave me the run around. All the realtors I tried to go through sent me hundreds of properties via emails, but none of the properties fit the criteria that I had specifically told them I needed. I felt as if I had to do all of the complicated property searching on my own. I only heard back from the realtors when I found a property myself (I was semi-interested in & only out of urgency) and asked the realtor to put an offer on the property. Many offers fell through. And many realtors were horrible in regards to keeping in contact and returning my calls/texts about property viewings. ***** But then, Claudia saved me!!*** I contacted Claudia. Immediately, she asked me exactly what I was looking for in a home. That same night she sent me an email with about 20 properties that fit my criteria. I honestly, was used to the unhelpful property emails from the previous realtors, so I didnt bother to look through the email. But then I received a personal email from Claudia. She took the time to tell me which properties she felt best fit my needs & which properties she felt I would like the best! This then narrowed the extensive list down to about 5 properties. And she was right, they all had exactly what I was looking for & were in the area of town I told her I wanted to live! About 3 days later we were able to go view those 5 properties. She told me she thought there was one property specially that I would love. And once again, she was right! I fell in love with he very first property she showed me! The next day we put in an offer and our offer was accepted almost immediately! - I searched for months, essentially on my own, but I found nothing. Within a week of contacting Claudia she found the perfect condo for me! - I love my new home. It has absolutely everything Ive always wanted! Dont let her young age deceive you! She is young, motivated, and very determined! She will definitely go the extra mile to ensure she finds you the perfect home! While all these other veteran experienced realtors are worn out, lazy, and only interested in being involved when they will be benefitting from you - Claudia is an enthusiastic supreme over achiever! I would most definitely recommend Claudia Launer to anyone interested in buying/renting a property. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed!
