We were very impressed with Bridgette and her team through the entire process of selling our home. Every detail from the price and marketing to the final day of escrow was handled with great care. We had unsuccessfully tried to sell our home the year before and it was a frustrating experience. In comparison, Bridgette and team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Our home was beautifully staged and marketed. She personally met every prospective buyer and their agent at our home to help answer questions and point out benefits of our home and the neighborhood. She sent reminders about action items so we stayed on track. And lastly, when our buyers were requesting additional things at the last minute, they pushed back. As everyone knows, moving is stressful and I found myself pretty relaxed and confident through the entire process (and there were definitely some bumps in the road too!) because they earned my trust quickly through their diligence and high level of competence. I highly recommend them!

We contacted Brigitte initially based on positive online reviews, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the selling process. Particular high points, she was able to sell our home with profit after only 30 days in contract in a very competitive market and after having our home for sales with a previous agent for over 90 days.
