Anna was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with us as first time home buyers, and really listened to our wants and needs. We wanted to live downtown in a historic house. She went above and beyond helping us locate properties that met those requirements. When we found the perfect house she was quick to get our offer in and secure the deal. Everything was signed shortly before an open house, which is when the seller received several other offers. Without her expertise and quick response I am certain we would have gotten into a bidding war and maybe lost the house. We had a unique and very challenging closing. The seller decided at the last minute that she no longer wanted to sell. A very experienced broker in town called it the most challenging closing of her career. Anna was calm and collected throughout the entire ordeal. She even stopped by the sellers house the night before to make sure she was planning to attend the closing. Nearly 3 years later we still absolutely love our house. Thanks Anna!
