Anna was a complete joy to work with when my husband and I bought and sold our house. She really took the time to hear our needs and go the extra mile for us. Anna gave us a 110% of her time when we listed, showed, and sold the house. She gave us constructive criticism when it came to selling our house and helped us price it based off the market and for the improvements we made to it.We are so glad we chose her as a realtor because she has the best interest for her clients. She will be honest and forthright throughout the entire process. You can count on her to make things go smoothly throughout this process.We got an offer on our house in a week! She does a great job of making sure you get what you want for your house. I enjoyed how she would follow up with us to make sure closing was on track. She is an excellent negotiator and communicator. Anna really made this process smooth and unstressful with how invested she was. I would definitely recommend her!

OMG, I don't even know I am happy to get with Lori and make the arrangements. to start! Anna was so great to us in the processing of helping us buy and sell! She is remarkable at it all!! She helped us 10 years ago, when my husband and I bought our first home! My husband and I had looked for months! I swear we looked at over 100 houses. She helped us narrow down our search and the day the Atlantic property hit the market, we were looking at it! She nailed it!! I. Just working with her for a couple weeks she found us the perfect home. So, when we decided to sell this year it only seemed natural to call her up. She sprang into action! We told her, we had found a place that checked all the boxes, we wanted her to show us... She had us in there the next day! Even more than that... She helped us focus on what needed to be done in our Atlantic property (mid reno) and had it on the market in 1 week!! She came over on her Saturday afternoon and helped us plant flowers while her husband helped us rip up the carpet. I'm telling you!! This woman is a gem!! Now, We are all all settled in to our new home, getting ready for our Housewarming Party this weekend! I really don't have one bad thing to say. Anna is absolutely one of the best in her field! Anna was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with us as first time home buyers, and really listened to our wants and needs. We wanted to live downtown in a historic house. She went above and beyond helping us locate properties that met those requirements. When we found the perfect house she was quick to get our offer in and secure the deal. Everything was signed shortly before an open house, which is when the seller received several other offers. Without her expertise and quick response I am certain we would have gotten into a bidding war and maybe lost the house. We had a unique and very challenging closing. The seller decided at the last minute that she no longer wanted to sell. A very experienced broker in town called it the most challenging closing of her career. Anna was calm and collected throughout the entire ordeal. She even stopped by the sellers house the night before to make sure she was planning to attend the closing. Nearly 3 years later we still absolutely love our house. Thanks Anna!

Anna has served our family well. Three generations. My son, my mom and now my husband and I. We recently decided to move from Dubuque to Apollo Beach, Florida. Anna was our first call. She guided us through how to get our home ready and things we needed to do.We listed and sold the house immediately and because of Annas persistence with getting all documents in line from buyers we found out that there financing fell through. Anna went into high gear and listed the house again. She went back through the other offers and negotiated a great second offer for us.She was very patient with us and explained everything as it was happening.
