Grover Barbaran has been nothing less than an expletory real estate agent when working with my wife and me over the past two years. Grover is the exception when it comes to a loyal, dedicated, personable, caring, honest, and drum roll....an actual trusting real estate agent with integrity. Grover spent so much of his time for months, many, many, many, weekends on ends with us to make sure that we found a home in a good area for our family. It was no easy task as the market was/is a seller's market with many cash buyers bidding way over asking and in the highly desired Bay Area. We are a young family with 3 kids, with an FHA loan (in which Grover helped us to find a really good rate) .....the odds were against us. At one point we were ready to throw in the towel after feeling like we had no chance. Grover did not allow us to give up on our dream of owning a home in the Bay Area and he continued to work hard for us when we had pretty much just given up. He worked hard to get us a beautiful home, under asking price and under appraisal value in a beautiful sought out neighborhood in the Bay Area. I am forever grateful for Grover and the amount of dedication and hard work that he invested for our family. Any other agent probably would've moved on long before, Grover never turned his back on us. He continued to give us a lot of his time through the whole process (months). I would recommend Grover to anybody hands down, a million times, as a broker to represent them as an agent.
