Coming to a new area, knowing no one and trying to magically find my next place to call home, I was way out of my comfort zone! Alex and his wife Zoe delivered on every aspect of each step involved in the process of finding, negotiating, and purchasing of the place I now thankfully and gratefully call home. From listening to what you say youre looking for in your home - Searching for homes that fit your criteria - Showing you those homes - Getting to you to the point of deciding on which house you want your next home to be. I was overwhelmed by the time we got to this point, but not them. They were just getting started! They then go to work brilliantly and professionally negotiating that home into your life, and absolutely every part of making this transaction become a reality! I was able to 100% let go of all this overwhelming burden of making this happen and place it in Alex & Zoes expert care, all I had to do was sit back and watch them work their magic in an impressive, professional, refreshing way! 3 weeks after my new home closed they asked if I would like to go out for a celebration dinner with them, I of course accepted and invited to them to stop by to see my new place before dinner, upon their arrival you could see that they were so excited seeing what the house has transformed into. Through out this entire process start finish with all my personal uncertainties of how it would work out, the one thing I was never uncertain of was they Alex and Zoe had this 100% handled!!!
