I cannot say enough about how great our homebuying experience was. We were buying a home for the first time and had MANY questions/concerns along the way. We probably called her close to 50 times and Carmen was always eager to lend an ear and quickly addressed all of our questions. We currently live out of state and could only look at properties on Sundays. We worried that our limited availability would be an issue, but Carmen spent HOURS showing us properties until 2 weeks later, we found the perfect one for us. Communication between her and our lender was always prompt and we quickly moved towards closing. We had a couple issues with the seller not following through with promised repairs, but all of these issues were promptly addressed by Carmen and we closed on our house ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen Lance to friends and family in the future.
