Shanell is a very sweet, knowledgeable realtor in Kanab that goes above and beyond for her clients. Shanell goes out of her way to help you find the property you love and her responsiveness is on point! She also has an immense amount of local knowledge on the area from favorite places to eat (which were awesome!) to local builders in the area since we were buying a lot. We were limited on time since we were on vacation for a week in the Kanab area but we were able to get in contract before we left which was AWESOME. Since we were from out of state, we were also worried as to how we would be able to close, but thanks to Shanell and docusign, we were able to successfully close on our property on our assigned date with no issue. She is so easy to work with, we are recommending her to everyone who is interested in purchasing land/home in Southern Utah! I highly recommend Shanell for any of your real estate needs!

Shanell stood out to us as a home buyer because of her go getter attitude! From the get-go, we knew we had a tall list of "wants" for our home we wanted to buy and Shanell was not afraid of the task! She was constantly looking high and low for the perfect house for us. Shanell has an extensive knowledge about the area and if there was something she was not sure of, she would ask the right people to get an accurate answer. During all our walk throughs, Shanell would come with all the information she could find out about the house. She would know ahead of time all the questions we would ask and have the answers! Once we were in contract to purchase a house, she kept us informed the whole time and even helped speed up the closing date!
