Sarah made the home-buying process a breeze! My boyfriend and I didnt know where to begin when we wanted to purchase our first home, and were recommended to contact Sarah from a family member. From the moment we had our first phone call, she was informative, professional, and timely! The overall process can be very time consuming and confusing, but Sarah was able to calm our nerves and keep us on track. She was available at all hours to work around our busy schedules and help us understand the many documents we were signing. Shes also a hard hitter & was up for the challenge in a competitive market. My boyfriend and I had a specific location & set of expectations for our future home, and within two months of meeting Sarah, we closed on our ideal property. As a first time home buyer for me and my wife, we could not have been more satisfied with Sarah's help and expertise throughout the entire process. There was always great communication between us and Sarah made sure we were on the same page each step of the way. If we had any questions, she was one text or phone call away. She was very informative with any questions we had which made us feel confident we were in good hands. She helped us find beautiful homes within our budget. When viewing homes she was transparent on whether the property was in good shape and what things to look out for in case of future repairs. Sarah's negotiating skills are excellent and she was able to negotiate many items to stay in the final home we chose. Sarah is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!!! And while this review is to say that timing is everything, having a strong partner like Sarah, makes all the difference! We met a little over 2 years ago when I started my first home search. Sarah was "assigned" to me via RedFin and after speaking to her for the first time, I knew she was an extremely knowledgeable agent who wasn't here to mess around. I was not typical client. In the midst of the pandemic with most companies having their employees work from home, I didn't have an immediate need to move. For 2 years, Sarah patiently stuck by my side and supported me throughout the entire process. She spent countless hours on the phone with me educating me about the process, the market and potential programs I could benefit from. She was patient, kind and an aggressive negotiator. After seeing 30+ homes over 2 years and I finally told Sarah "this is THE one", she made sure she did everything in her power to make sure I had it. And now I can proudly call that home mine :) Sarah is a go-getter with a response time that is quicker than any of my emergency contacts. You can tell she's passionate about her work and takes pride in understanding her clients needs while making magic happen all with a smile on her face. And after 2 years, what I've come to appreciate more than anything is that she is very real. If you ask her for her honest and expert opinion, she'll give it to you. She won't sugar coat it, she'll tell it to you like it is with your interests in mind. She is honest and SUCH a pleasure to work with and I would do it all over again if I could and I WILL!
