My wife and I were getting ready to buy our first home and had been dealing with many realtors and lenders to no avail. We were building our credit to afford a place and many of the realtors were ?interested? in helping us until they found we weren?t able to pre approve at the moment and they?d disappear. Except for one, Mickie Major! Of all the people we went through she was the only one who consistently contacted us with available houses and didn?t just drop us because we didn?t qualify right away. We were trying to use my VA loan for the house and we?re working with a lender that kept leading us around by the nose and wanting to charge us a bunch of extra fees. Finally, after the ?do this and you?ll be good, now do that and you?ll be good?? my wife contacted Mickie and told her our situation. She hooked us up with a lender that got us a pre approval in two weeks when the others couldn?t in eight months. We were pre approved for the asking price of an AMAZING home but had no real wiggle room with the price. Mickie helped make our offer to be competitive anyway and now we are proud home owners and we couldn?t be happier! I had deleted my Zillow app because, well, we don?t need it anymore but I re installed it JUST to come back and leave this review because I know that there?s no way we?d be where we are now without the help of Mickie, and the least I can do is leave a review and attempt to put into words the appreciation we have for Mickie and the Key RE Team for helping us achieve a goal we felt was never going to happen.

We met Brea at an open house and were instantly intrigued and genuinely taken by her level of professionalism and knowledge of the area we were interested in. We were in the process of selling a home in Monterey County and looking for homes in the El Dorado Hills area. Brea helped research and interview realtors in Monterey to help us sell our home and worked with us in El Dorado Hills looking for our new home. When we went into contract in Monterey, we found our ?Dream Home? in El Dorado Hills! Brea worked closely with both the sell and purchase, she was able to maintain concurrent escrows. Brea provided us the smoothest transition from one home to another! Her communication and persistence was definitely the reason we were able to sell and purchase at the same time. She worked closely with our lender, and stayed in constant contact with all involved. During this entire process, Brea created and maintained an environment that allowed us to maintain a sense of normalcy and calmness. She reassured us and stayed in constant communication. Brea is professional, punctual, organized, and experienced when it comes to real estate. We do not feel like Brea was just a realtor who helped us purchase our new home, she became a part of our family! We cannot say enough about our experience with Brea Laurene!?
