Trey was recommended to us by one of my colleagues, who had a positive experience buying a home with Trey as their agent, as well. During our time working with Trey, we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. He was very effective in helping us narrow our search for a home down to a manageable list that met our criteria. He had great patience in answering all of our questions satisfactorily, and we had many as first-time home-buyers. In between the many times we looked at potential homes, Trey was always available by phone, texts, or email to answer any of our questions that arose. When we finally did find a home we wanted to buy, Trey guided us through the entire process, until the keys to the home were literally in my hand. He helped us negotiate a price that we felt was fair and within our budget, and I always felt as if he was working in our best interest rather than his own. I hope to not need his services any time soon to sell our home or buy another, but I will certainly seek him out, when I do, and continue to recommend him to others in the meanwhile.
