We reached out to Tereza to help us find a house for my parents who wanted to move from Philadelphia to NJ, closer to my family. This is a non-trivial task considering the market in 2021 and parents were not really sure what they are looking for exactly. Location was undetermined either. Limited budget and quiet community (non-adult) were the main factors. We had to see tons of houses in different townships before my parents understood what they really want. I must admit all this time Tereza was very patient with us, despite multiple changes in directionspreferences, and even when we ask her to cancel the offer we gave earlier at the very last moment. Once we finally found what we really like, Tereza played a major role, convincing the sellers to choose us, even though our bid was not the highest. Great communication and presentation skills! She also helped to settle couple unpleasant issues we found in the house before closing. All in all, we are happy we met Tereza and thankful she guided us through the whole process, providing honest advices and useful recommendations. I can definitely recommend her as a great real estate professional.
