We started our process in March 2015. She showed us house after house... but then our credit needed a little more work. No worries, she said, and recommended her loan officer at First National Bank (Big recommendation to Summer Franco too!), who helped us get our credit up. It wasn't overnight, but Tammy never complained. When my wife had a miscarriage, she sent a card and called to see what she could do. She always was able to line up a house for us to see ASAP. She dealt with my quirky, type A personality. She NEVER made us feel as though we were a burden, or waste of her time. BUT... here's the biggest recommendation of all. On the day prior to closing, when our buyer had a moment where it seemed she could change her mind, Tammy demonstrated poise and grace to get the seller back on track when the seller's agent couldn't. BUT THEN... we had a "flood" issue in our old house, and for almost a week, our buyer and her agent wanted to play hard ball. Legally, I don't think agents are under any obligation to do anything at this point, as their work is done. Not for Tammy-she dug in with us, used her real estate knowledge and drew a line in the sand, and the seller and her agent backed down and disappeared. When my basement is finished, I'm having my agent and her husband over for dinner. Why? Not just for everything she did as listed above, but she's my friend now!
