As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. I needed a real estate agent with considerable knowledge, communication skills to negotiate with all parties involved, and considering my numerous questions, the patience of a saint.Mike met and exceeded all my expectations. Whenever I had a question, he would respond within a reasonable time frame. I never felt like I did not know what was going on. His ability to communicate the "why and how" of what was happening is incredible. He would regularly call to check in and let me know what lay ahead in the process. Something that was especially valuable during escrow.It was evident since the first house we toured that he sincerely cared about me, and about finding the right home that met my needs. Through all the ups and downs of the home buying process, I felt confident that Mike had my best interest in mind.Mike has earned himself a lifelong customer.
