My husband and I purchased our starter home in a cute little neighborhood in Largo. We liked going to open houses in the neighborhood to see what updates other people had done so we could use those ideas to update our house. Quite a few of those open houses were hosted by Maria and we always found her to be professional but still approachable and easy to talk real estate with. On top of that, her open houses were always higher quality and a better showing than the ones hosted by other realtors wed seen. Early this year we started toying with the idea of upgrading to a bigger house. We asked Maria to stop by and give us some pointers that would make selling easier and faster, and she agreed to come by even if we didnt list with her. She spent more time than I expected since we werent even positive we were going to sell yet. Maria gave us a whole bunch of helpful tips and even arranged them in order of importance so we knew which projects had to get done and which ones could be skipped. She even gave us multiple references for some of our projects. We ended up listing our house for sale with Maria and she had it online immediately and held an open house within the week. She took her time going through all the paperwork with us and answering all of our questions. She lined up a bunch of showings right off the bat and we were under contract in less than two weeks from the listing date. We also used Maria as the realtor to buy our new home. She listened to what we wanted, took notes and asked questions to make sure we were all on the same page. With Marias help, we found and purchased a home that we absolutely love. Throughout the entire process Maria was easy to work with. She was responsive to our questions, thoroughly explained every step in the process of buying and selling, and offered her assistance at every turn. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone buying or selling, or doing both like we did.
