Navi, just helped us sell our home as that she also help us buy.A I can give you our honest opinion and it has been all positive with her.A She got us 140K over asking on our home at 7354 Carter Ave. Newark, CA 94560. aEURc What in your experience could have been better with Navi Dhillon?A I would not have changed anything with our experience with Navi.aEURc Did you feel you were able to get the best deal, if not, what areas you feel were challenges.A Only answer to this is yes because we received multiple offers and a purchase price over listing.aEURc How hassle-free were the transactions on scale 1(Totally hassle free) - 10 (Extremely hassle some)A Transactions were 10, but this also depends on you if you have all the information needed and follow all requests.aEURc Any other feedback / advice you would offer.aEURc So from our recent experience Navi knows the market and you should take her opinion/advice very seriously.A Our home was supposed to list on March 23, but I found out that another house was listing sooner on February 16, and we did not want to list in competition with other homes in our community if we waited-We live in a small gated community.A Navi suggested we can either list early or list on the specified dates we suggested.A We chose to list early pushing our dates a month early and we had to have everything prepared for the open house.A Navi has a team and contractors in place to take care of any special requests that may arise.A All the contractors- general contractor, cleaners, window cleaners, stagers, photographer, inspectors were all on board and completed their tasks on time. Please take into consideration her suggestions for any remodel, repairs, storage, declutter, etc. to stage the home to look its best for the showing.A As the seller you have to be ready to invest on your home, if needed, to get the attract buyers and get the best offer.A We followed all her recommendations to the letter and received an offer 140K over listing, setting a new record for our community.A Take in consideration also that Navi cant control the rates, inventory, housing market, and amount of buyers that will come to the showing.A She will give her best effort for you and try to get the maximum results.A All I know is that Navi, and the Dhillon team have set and broken their own records in Union City.A The more cohesive and cooperative the seller is with their agent, the better the results will be.
