At first Karen appears friendly and has a lot of knowledge regarding the area. She is a very fast talker with a lot of energy. After that, the professionalism unravels.She does not listen. She has an "in your face" style constantly telling me and my husband what we wanted versus listening to our concerns. She was constantly on the phone while she showed us houses. It appears that one of her other deals was falling through. She told us about her other deal and how naive the buyer was and the seller was a "jerk". It made us wonder what she was saying about us when we were not with her. Based on her actions and the way she conducted herself, it would not surprise me her deals would fall through. We had asked her to follow up on some items (background of houses we saw, mortgage stuff etc). She forgot and just advised us "we did not need to have that information any way".With her style and lack of follow up we decided to walk away and work with someone else so that we did not find ourselves in a bad deal.
