Lee is not only prompt to return calls, emails or texts, he is also quick to send updates, thoughts, or information related to the home, neighborhood and other sales in the area.He is courteous, professional, personable and approachable. I was amazed at the amount of detail he presents to you in the initial meeting to see if there is a rapport between him and the owner/s. He notices little details that either need to be taken care of or removed as it will help in the overall impression of the home and potential buyers. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and get into the thick of things to help out with suggestions for technicians, tradespeople, vendors that can assist with any upgrade or touch up to enhance the home for sale. He even took the garbage out and brought the pail back in so as to make the home look fresh and clean. Personally, I do not enjoy the process of either selling or buying a home and tend to be concerned about a realtors true reason for trying to help in the selling or their impatience in helping me to check out homes, but, I would most certainly work with Lee again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends. He made the sell of my deceased parents home easy, stress free and respectful. He listened to our concerns, he helped to ease our minds and with his experience and knowledge we knew we were in wonderful hands.

My wife and I purchased a home in which Lee represented the seller. He was available within 15 minutes from us contacting him about the home after we found it. Even though Lee was representing the seller he was extremely helpful and was always available to offer advice and recommendations for my wife and I. He assisted with recommending a home loan consultant who was also just as responsive, helpful, and knowledgable as Lee. Lee made sure the entire process of buying the home was about as smooth and stress free as anyone could hope for. Lee also assisted us with his extensive contacts to help with finding contractors for the work we wanted to do before moving into our home. I seriously could not recommend Lee more. At the risk of sounding clichA(C), he exemplifies honesty and integrity. In the end I feel like we met a new friend rather than a real estate agent.
