I had the pleasure of working with Lee in both a purchase and the sale of my home.I found him via a for sale sign in a neighborhood I liked and called him and as always he answered right away and met with me the following day and was clearly very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods. Lee is by far the best professional Ive ever dealt with and I have purchased and sold a lot of homes mostly with frustration with lack of good communication and follow thru with other agents.Lee responds to messages right away and does an excellent job of negotiating as well and he will not steer you in the wrong direction as I learned. Hes honest and also cares about his clients and he makes you feel valued and important and foremost wants you to be happy with your decision.He always go the extra mile to take care of details and make sure he keeps you updated as well. I could write a paragraph or more just about all that he did by going way beyond the extra mile but suffice it to say I am beyond grateful for his help.Being new to the area he also helped me with various referrals and advice as well.
