Lee by far is the most detail oriented and classy human being I've ever met. Lee has bought and sold homes for my family. He has put together the most extensive research and comparable binders. His attention to detail made us 100% comfortable with our decisions. Don't get me wrong. We had to be shown the light and swallow so honest but hard truths. But, ultimately he was correct. He had multiple connections in the finance field. He's used them personally and is happy to refer them. I never felt pressured to use any of them but, was impressed with the options presented. Not only was our immediate interaction amazing. He has never stopped being a great realitor. The day we got our key...he showed up with gifts for us and our kiddos. Many people may find buying a home a pain or distasteful but that is likely because they don't have a realtor like Lee assisting them. He probed our must haves and desires for our future home, as well as our price point, and found one that fit them 100%. When we became a bit discouraged for a while about the lack of qualified inventory in our target locations, he responded that we shouldn't worry because he would find one that was perfect for us, which he did.Lee knows the entire sales process extremely well and has the ability to communicate that and the legalities of the same to his clients in a way that makes it easy to understand. At the same time he points out what to be wary of in condition and pricing of homes and the reality of home inspections. Lee's business savvy was able to get us the greatest benefits in the negotiations without jeopardizing the deal.His local knowledge and responsiveness was amazing - many times responding by phone or email within 2 or 3 minutes. Lee was early for every single appointment we had with him which is not easy in a place such as Scottsdale. He knows the neighborhoods (as well as many of the folks in them) and the pluses and minuses of each which is extremely beneficial for an out of state buyer. Lee has many contacts that can assist in inspections, remodeling and relocation, if necessary, which is very valuable. He personally helped us locate some furniture that another client of his was selling and then even helped move the same in his pickup after we acquired it at an extremely reasonable price.When closing came we were actually disappointed that we would be seeing and hearing less of Lee. When he called us in the days following to make certain we were settling in and enjoying our home, he cautioned us that he will continue to be in touch and will support us in whatever manner he can going forward.Above all, Lee has a tremendous balance of professionalism and a great sense of humor which is not always easy in the real estate business. We wholeheartedly recommend that potential buyers and sellers utilize his services. If we ever have occasion to sell or buy again in this area, rest assured we will use Lee Mendelzon!
