I worked with Jeff Cohen by phone and email while selling my property as I live in another state. He was referred to me by a Keller Williams agent in my area who found him through the KW network. Shortly after contacting Jeff and speaking with him about the property, he had viewed the property, taken professional shots of the interior and exterior, priced it competitively, and posted it on Zillow and the MLS. Within days, Jeff had several competitive offers in hand and one weekend later, we accepted an offer that was actually 25% higher than the asking price. Jeff was exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the four weeks from our first conversation, while showing the property and reviewing the offers. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Jeff to buy our first home! He does an excellent job explaining all aspects of the home buying process from beginning to end, which was especially helpful to us as first time home buyers. He was very responsive any time we had questions and was available by call, text, or email. Also, Jeff is just an easy person to work with. Very nice, honest, and never pressured us to make any decisions. Jeff found us a great home in a nicer neighborhood than we thought we would be able to get into with our budget. The information he provided to us about each house we were interested in was invaluable, allowing us to ensure our first home wasn't just a good fit for our current needs, but also a good investment. I feel like he went above and beyond to find an answer to any concerns we had, including knocking on neighbors' doors when we mentioned being nervous about noise from some nearby train tracks.
