After attempting to sell my house in Waldo area working with several realtors over 3 years, Jeff was able to get it done and in record time. We have never actually met. I interviewed him over the phone and had my best friend meet him with the keys. I loved that he answered all questions thoroughly, he had a very specific action plan, and reported what he would be doing differently from the other agents. He appeared to be very upfront, open, and hardworking. He didn't give off the aEURoeoverly confident car salesman believe me because my company's sales are great feeling, which was good. Jeff had great communication especially via text as that worked best for me. He ensured that I knew what to expect. He always asked if I had any additional questions and it always felt like he really wanted to know and provide answers. I didn't feel blind sighted with anything and the sale was very smooth. He did everything that he said that he would, the pictures of my house where excellent and it was staged just right. He held many open houses and I liked having the email reports on scheduled viewing and reviews. He was very insightful about what was needed to get the sale.
