In 2009, my husband & I were in the market to find our first home. The journey began with a realtor (who will remain nameless) that we weren't pleased with. My grandmother recommended that we use David Beckham because he was able to sell her home (when several previous realtors could not) and then helped her find the ideal condo. From day one, we knew that David Beckham was the right person for the job. He was kind, courteous and patient with my husband and I throughout the entire process. Not to mention, it is hard to find a person with his work ethic these days. With David's guidance, we were able to find and purchase the perfect starter house. After eight wonderful years at that home, we were in need of more space & called up David Beckham. It took David a total of THIRTEEN days to sell our existing home!!! Additionally, David was by our side doing everything within his power to make sure that we found the new home of our dreams, which WE DID!! Thanks for all of your hard work, David!!

03/2018--- AND AGAIN!! David Beckham came through as he always does. We had a home built so this was a new experience. We are so thankful that we had Mr. Beckham by our side to guide us through this process. He truly made our experience of building our Forever Home an enjoyable one. We said years ago that we would choose no other and, when it was time to sell our home, we knew just where to go. We have been truly blessed to have David in our corner. The same day we were listing the home, we ended up under contract. David was beside us EVERY step of the way. Not once did I have to question if he was being completely straight forward. Positive or negative, you know exactly where you are and where you need to be to make it happen. The man is more dedicated than any I have dealt with. There were even times I found myself telling him he needed to go rest. But not once did he stop working for us. He kept me completely on track and closed on our home flawlessly. If he was tied up with another, his wife Mandi was readily available. This team is truly a match made in heaven!! We are now on our next venture of building our forever home. He is still right by our side. I will follow up to advise how this goes, but I have zero doubts that he will, once again, exceed any expectation we could possibly have. Central LA is very lucky to have this professional in the real estate business here! THE BEST!!2011- David Beckham was very helpful in the house searching process. He listened to my concerns on areas and truly kept these things in mind throughout the entire time. I was able to put my trust in him, as I did not know the areas that well, but wanted to make sure I put my child somewhere safe. I was very impressed that he stepped outside of the box as much as he could to answer questions since I was "walking blindly". If he did not know the answer, he made sure to help me find it. To me, that was beyond his requirements. During the negotiation process, I was his number 1 goal, and my needs/ wishes were met. I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends, and actually have already done that.
