This was my first time buying a home & David was beyond terrific. I am in the military in NC and recently got stationed in LA. I only had two days to go to LA and look at houses. David did an outstanding job from the first time I talked to him on the phone. He was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge and honesty about the area are unmatched by any realtor. In that time, we were narrowed our search down to one house that was on the market for only 2 days. David did an outstanding job coaching me through all the procedures and questions I had for buying a home. The house we chose had 3 offers and due to Davids professional realtor skill we won the offer. The whole process went super smooth and we were able to close in less than a month. David was very helpful with any questions or request I had for him and even went out of his way to get me a measurement of appliance spots, so we could start buying appliances. If I was to do this process again I wouldnt have any other realtor but David. If you want a knowledgeable and honest realtor that treats you like family choose David for your next buy.
