This past summer we decided to finally jump in and make the big decision of moving. It was something we have been wanting to do for years, but the timing was just not right. We were so fortunate to have found Maryann Kepreos to help us in our process. As a realtor, she not only walked us through the entire process of what we were to expect selling our home, but she also helped us find the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood at the perfect price. At the beginning of the process, we were so nervous and unsure of what to expect with selling your home. She kept telling us that there were never any silly questions, and was extremely patient and understanding with our feelings in the process. She was extremely helpful with every step, every question and every piece of paper that came our way. I felt as if the process of selling our home was a complete breeze. She took care of it all. We are so very fortunate to have had her by our side while selling our home. She made it such an exciting experience and not a stressful one. When it came to purchasing our new home, she made sure to point out so many important factors in picking out a new home. She listen to all of our wants and needs and helped us find our dream home in the country! I never realize there were so many factors to think of when buying a new home. Her love and passion for her job and expertise after so many years of experience made buying our new home an experience that we will remember for a lifetime. The thing that I was most appreciative of was her attentiveness and all of her good advice. I felt this from the very beginning of the process until the very end of closing when we received our keys to our new home. We cant thank Maryann enough for everything she has done for us and making us feel like we were her only clients. We are loving our new home and are more than confident that we chose the right realtor and we would highly recommend Maryann.
