We were looking for a house for our daughter. We were working with a small budget and big dreams. We spent hours pouring over possibilities and narrowed our list. Raymond took us to see the homes we thought were options. Nothing fit the bill so we called it a day. Low and behold my husband spotted one on line that was a bank owned property and up for auction. Even though we'd just spent the day looking, Raymond was more than willing to take us to see this new property. Now, let's be realistic here, there can't be much of an incentive for an agent when dealing with an on-line auction. But not only did Raymond open the home, he also went through the whole process with us. When we couldn't figure out how the bidding process went, he jumped in. When a ton of paper work needed to be filled out, he helped. When the company required him to be a member of some other group in order to work with them, he joined. What a gem.
