Integrity. Trustworthy. Meticulous. Strategic. Professional. Empathetic. Forthright. Vigilant. Perceptive/Intuitive. Loyal.Those are the first words that come to my mind when thinking about working with Jason and Christine; if you do not wish to read the rest of this review, just refer to the aforementioned list. That list forms the foundation (pun only slightly intended) for what makes Jason and Christine the best.My family and I had to undertake local move as we needed a larger house (and some other qualities). We only relocated about 10 minutes away from our home in Lemont to our new home in Orland Park.Jason was our primary point of contact, but it was always obvious that he and Christine make a great partnership as Christine seemed completely up-to-date in the few instances that i had a question and Jason wasn't available .Jason and Christine are honest to a fault, hard-working, savvy, and even LIKEABLE - at no point did my wife and i feel pushed or badgered into situations/decisions that may have left us disappointed or wanting.Nothing that i can write in under several thousand words would do justice to the product afforded us by Jason and Christine - i have many examples, but the first that comes to mind was a situation that i will mention in the form of a questionaEUR|aEUR|aEUR|.... Have you ever even heard of a real estate agent disapprove of the state of your new home, prior to your moving-in after closing, and to rectify said situation took it upon his/herself to fill up 20 hefty bags of garbage (left by movers and seller) so that you didn't need to deal with the headache and could just aEURoeenjoyaEUR? your new home?Ours did exactly what is describedaEUR" the movers and prior owner left an extraordinary amount of trash around the house; Jason didnt want our first time in our new home marred by the actions/laziness of other peopleaEUR|. Jason, by himself, filled 20 XL garbage bags; I didnt ask, but I wouldnt be surprised if Jason did all that cleaning while wearing a suit.... it should be noted that Jason even purchased the cleaning materials (spray towels bags...etc) without anyone asking that of him.Another great quality of Christine and Jasons is the lack of ego. Their team does a LOT of business from smaller homes to homes in the 7 figures aEUR" many real estate professionals that could boast doing as much business as Christine and Jason literally boast about it! The C J team are not just ALWAYS professional, but also add a nice amount of humanity to the buying/selling process; moves are a big transition and their personal touch makes that aEURoehumanaEUR? difference when its most needed. C&J could have easily been arrogant and not willing to spend the time finding exactly what my family needs in a new home, but they were partners with us beginning to end. I am sorry of this all seems sycophantic, but I cannot think of any aEURoebadaEUR? qualitiesaEUR|. Christine literally did nothing. She either did not like me as a client or everyone thats writing 5 star reviews are lying. Maybe the bad reviews are being deleted? She had our house on the market for over 6 months and she showed the house ONCE. Other realtors did all of the work. Our house started at asking $329,900. Had to sell it for $262,900. Thanks Christine. Now shes sending out ads in the mail with a list of houses shes sold, mine showing she sold it for $279,900. So either shes lying about the prices shes selling houses for or the house was sold for more than we were aware of. Not only that, but she literally never communicated unless it was through text messages. Dont even bother trying to call her. If I could go back in time, I would have most definitely picked a different realtor.
