I have used Cynthia McAllister as my "go to" agent for nearly the last 5-7 years by choice. I trust her 110%. She will saved my son from buying a "money pit" years ago when she could have made a sell. She is honest and told us straight out that he DID NOT want that house and she did not let it go through as soon as she saw it was going to be a huge mistake for him. I was very impressed with her honesty, expertise, and her knowledge of real estate. I have also used her to look for a place for my parents. She goes out of her way to let us know of possible properties that they and my son may be interested in, even if I have not contacted her in months. She has great negotiation skills and I appreciate her pointing out the bad as well as the good in property my family and I have been interested in. She is always available to meet, even on short notice. She is a joy to work with and makes buying a house a whole less stressful by taking care of all the work quickly without us having to bother with small details. I would highly recommend Cynthia!
