David was quick to respond to our inquiry about a property we were interested in viewing in the St. Augustine area following the quick sale of our home in the panhandle. He organized 3-4 days full of showings in the general area before we settled on the home of our choice. He was very knowledgeable about the area. If there was something specific we wanted to know about the home, he found that out for us. Even though we lived 5 hours away, he was quick to respond to any type of communication we made. He assisted us with setting up inspections, appraisals, etc. as we could not always make a trip to oversee that task. At closing, we ran into a problem due to it being an unusual holiday weekend. David took time into his holiday weekend to make sure we were taken care of and kept following up throughout that weekend. We appreciated his concern for us.
