Simply put, we would HIGHLY recommend working with Kevin Haines! We couldn't have been happier or more satisfied working with Kevin who is super smart, extremely hard working, and most importantly very trustworthy.We were interested in purchasing an investment property in Austin and my wife's colleague referred us to Kevin. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and actually never made it out to Austin before Kevin helped us purchase a duplex in North Austin and so this should say a lot about the tremendous relationship Kevin built with us. When I first spoke to Kevin over the phone, we talked for almost and hour and I immediately got the sense that Kevin knew what he was doing and was someone we could trust and rely on. All of this was evident throughout the buying process and Kevin also keep our best interests at heart as if he was buying the property himself by helping to negotiate the absolute best price and repairs to be paid by the seller. I frankly can go on and on about Kevin and again, we couldn't be happier with all the work and assistance Kevin provided. Even after buying the duplex, Kevin has continued to help us manage the property by reaching out to contractors for bids on repairs to be done and he has offered to provide other help as we transition as new owners.
