We had the best experience working with Joy! From our initial phone call Joy really listened and asked questions to understand where I was coming from and what I was looking for in a home. As a first time home buyer I wasn't totally sure what I needed until Joy guided me through. Her style rang true of a close friend who is also professionally equipped to take care of business. Joy knows this market she knows the town and she has an excellent team behind her to back us all up along the way; working with Joy also meant working with her professional connections including a lender, home insurance coverage and concierge, inspector, and contractors! All super professional, smart and down to earth. My favorite part about Joy is how she got to know me so that she was one step ahead whenever I needed to make a tough decision - she made sure I was on the right track the entire process. Then when it came down to the offers - she got right to business and negotiated all our concessions and asks from the seller! Couldn't recommend her enough to guide anyone through home buying in Austin.
